        Barack Obama told us that "Change" and "Hope" are ahead, but he didn't tell the American people exactly what that change would look like.  And I haven't heard him talk about "Hope" since coming into office.  To the contrary, he is issuing warnings instead, like:  ''If we don't accept his 'stimulus-spending' package, we will suffer unprecedented negative consequences.''
