House Resolution Urges Respect for Koran; Condemns Religious Intolerance
By Charlotte Baker | Published  05/20/2005
Did you notice that a resolution has been introduced in the House by Rep. John Conyers urging that we treat the Koran with dignity and respect. Here's my comment!! "We stop trying to flush the Koran, you stop beheading Americans... Deal?" How can a "theology" demanding the hunting down and murdering of EVERY NON MUSLIM ON THE PLANET, continue to be referred to by our top gov't officials as "a religion of peace" and "one of the world's great religions???!!!" Are the "free copies" of the Koran which are being handed out by CAIR....heavily edited? Redacted?.......to exclude all of those hundreds of verses demanding DEATH to all non-Muslims? If they aren't redacted, then where is the "peace" in the Koran? Where is the "greatness" which justifies the dignified label, "one of the world's great religions?" What is "great" about perpetual mass murder over 14 centuries? What am I missing here? Char
