This splendidly clear, probing article was just posted by one of our most outstanding conservative writer-editors; - Jim Sparkman at Chronwatch.com. He speaks for MILLIONS OF US, who increasingly see a "rudderless ship" in the current RNC and in the drifting, directionless, apparently weak White House. Perhaps you do indeed have a plan. However, it would help those of us who work daily in the trenches, if you would give us an inkling of how you plan to contend with and combat the opposition, who (you must realize by this late date), are unconscionably ruthless, and who are pulling out all the stops to defeat YOUR AGENDA and to defeat Republican candidates both this year and in 2008. I would suggest that you renovate your PR dept at the White House, and that you try to locate some staunch conservative Republican leaders, and then nurture and support them. Otherwise, we may be looking at a sinking of "titanic proportions" of Republican dreams, aspirations and expectations which might then take another decade to rebuild. Thank you for paying attention to this urgent plea. We love, admire and respect you, but we are now exceedingly worried about your failure to come out swinging.
